HDPE Material Properties - High Density Polyethylene
HDPE Material Summary
HDPE is a cheap material with similar properties to LDPE. Compared to LDPE, HDPE is more rigid, moderately flexible and quite tough. It is used in a variety of applications such as packaging, milk bottles and piping. It can be injection moulded, extruded, vacuum formed and blow moulded.
